IMPORTANT: All foreign documents not executed in Russian must be translated into Russian and certified by a notary. All translations of foreign documents into Russian must be made in the name and surname indicated on the entry visa.

Documents for registration of foreign citizens

Two photocopies of the passport,
with which the applicant entered the Russian Federation and for which the migration card was issued. If the passport is a foreign one, then a notarized translation is required. The original translation remains with the applicant, and the passport department accepts photocopies of each page.

Study visa,

if entry into the Russian Federation is carried out on the basis of a visa. A tourist visa for the period of study is not registered. For questions on registration of a student visa, it is necessary to contact a registration specialist no later than 4 months before the planned date of entry into the Russian Federation by phone +7 (48734) 2-01-11 or write to email zau@zau.ru.

The procedure for registering foreign citizens

Foreign citizens must register at their place of stay within two days from the date of crossing the Russian border. The date of border crossing is considered to be the date indicated on the migration card. If the date of border crossing differs from the actual date of arrival at the final destination, it is necessary to attach a photocopy of the ticket indicating the date and time of arrival at the final destination. Citizens of all countries must submit a notification of arrival at the place of stay within three days. The notification form is issued upon crossing the border. Upon arrival in Zaoksky, it is necessary to contact a registration specialist (Administrative building, 3rd floor, office No. 42).
