Information about the program
The program is intended for church ministers who do not have a theological education, presbyters, deacons, and heads of community departments. This course offers listeners a systematic understanding of practical theology, an idea of the structure of a local community and the principles of interaction with a church organization, knowledge of the legal aspects of the activities of a church organization and relationships with government bodies, practical approaches to organizing missionary activity and social service.

- Church Leadership and Administration
- Liturgical sermon
- Church Resources and Finances
- Principles of small group work
- Working with children and youth

Learning outcomes
Students who successfully complete the program are awarded a diploma of professional retraining of the established form with entry into the state register of documents on education and qualifications. Graduates of the program can carry out the ministry of assistant pastor, Bible worker, leader of the local community.
The program accepts students aged 18 and over. To receive a diploma of professional retraining, it is necessary to have a higher or secondary vocational education. Students of the program who do not have the specified education are issued a certificate of completion of the course.
