Entrance tests

Applicants to higher education programs take entrance examinations. For Russian citizens receiving their first higher education, with rare exceptions, this is the Unified State Exam and additional university tests, for foreign citizens and those who have higher or secondary vocational education — the Unified State Exam or tests conducted by the university independently.
