MISSION

Based on the fundamental principle that the Holy Scripture is the basis of Christian education, Zaoksky University sees its main mission as:

• Education of comprehensively educated and highly qualified specialists for responsible service in the Church and society.
• Obtaining higher professional education in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards and Christian principles of morality, ethics and morality;
• Promoting the education of comprehensively educated and dedicated, moral and spiritual specialists, both for church and secular institutions and organizations.
• Providing opportunities for young people to obtain higher education in a Christian environment.

The goals and objectives of higher education at Zaoksky University are based on a biblical vision and a deep understanding of the problems, ideas and values ​​of modern society. The essence of this vision can be formulated in several theses:

It promotes the establishment of relationships between God and man and encourages service to society. Education, accordingly, should lead to the holistic and harmonious development of the individual. • Finding the meaning of life through faith in God and satisfying the individual’s needs for intellectual, cultural and moral development.

Intellectual goal:

• Development of students’ abilities for self-education, self-development and self-determination, conscious free choice in the system of material and spiritual values.
• Formation of a scientific picture of the world and professional competence not only on a theoretically evidential basis, but also on empirical experience. Application of Christian principles in life and professional activity.
• Involvement of students and teachers of the institute in research and innovation activities in various areas of training (specialties).
